DESIGN LEVELS
Our department offers a full range of services for designing and constructing residential and resort complexes:
1. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Goal: Define the external appearance of the building, the layout of internal spaces, and overall functionality and aesthetics.
Includes: Development of floor plans, facades, sections, and creation of architectural solutions considering ergonomics, lighting, ventilation, and aesthetics.
2. ENGINEERING DESIGN
Goal: Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the building through engineering solutions.
Includes: Designing all engineering systems — structural (static calculations), electrical systems, water supply and sewage, ventilation and air conditioning, as well as safety systems (fire protection, etc.).
3. INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITY DESIGN
Goal: Connect the building to urban or local utility systems and infrastructure.
Includes: Designing connections to electrical grids, water supply, sewage, gas supply, internet, and other necessary utilities. This includes external networks and road infrastructure, if required for the project.
4. LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Goal: Create the external environment and landscaping around the residential property.
Includes: Designing gardens, pathways, recreational areas, outdoor lighting, landscaping, water features, irrigation, and drainage systems. Landscape design should harmonize with the architectural design and enhance the overall perception of the property.
